The clown is a character who appears in the episodes "As Seen on TV" and "SpongeBob's Last Stand."
Description
"As Seen on TV"
He has a white face, bright orange hair, red lips, a burgundy nose, blue eyes with black pupils, and lime arms and legs. He wears a mustard yellow shirt with a pink flower on it, purple pants with some light blue polka dots on it, blue shoes, and other clown accessories. Two of his tricks include juggling and making balloon animals.
"SpongeBob's Last Stand"
The clown's hair is black instead of red, his shirt is light blue, his pants are orange with yellow dots and his flower is yellow.
Role in series
"As Seen on TV"
Template:Data:Links hires him for the Krusty Krab commercial to relieve stress. It appears his own form of verbalizing is honking noises. The clown is the only member of the production staff whom Template:Data:Links did not fire, although he does not appear in the commercial.
He holds a dog balloon and two juggling clubs.

The clown attends the parade for the construction of the Shelly Superhighway.
