Spinny the Daredevil Clown[1] is a character who first appears in the episode "As Seen on TV."
Description
He has a white face, bright orange hair, red lips, a burgundy nose, blue eyes with black pupils, and lime arms and legs. He wears a mustard yellow shirt with a pink flower on it, purple pants with some light blue polka dots on it, blue shoes, and other clown accessories.
