Synopsis

The episode starts with Squidward walking to the hospital. SpongeBob then appears with him riding his floating bike. SpongeBob learns that Squidward is going to the hospital to get a nose job. SpongeBob comes with him while Squidward is being annoyed by him. Squidward tells SpongeBob to work giving out candy. SpongeBob gets the uniform, but eats the stripes off of it, making it look like he's a doctor. A couple real doctors take SpongeBob with them to help patients. SpongeBob ends up helping them all. Then the doctors say they had a surgery to preform, but now they want to see SpongeBob do it. SpongeBob walks in the room, seeing it's Squidward's surgery he has to preform.
