Criminal (Bubble Buddy)
The Criminal only appeared in the episode Bubble Buddy. He is probably in/from the Bikini Bottom Jail.
Appearance
He has green skin and a mask. He also has white and black stripes in his clothing, as typical prisoners wear. A similar criminal made a cameo appearance in the episode "The Card" complaining about how Spongebob was holding up a bank line when he was making a withdraw. Many other similar criminals have made cameo appearances all throughout the series.
