Character
The Criminal appears in "Bubble Buddy" and "Mall Girl Pearl." In his first appearance, he eats a Krabby Patty at the Krusty Krab. He is probably from the Bikini Bottom Jail.
Description
He has olive green skin and a dark olive green-striped dorsal fin, he also has three dark green spots on his head. He wears a black mask. He also has white and black stripes in his clothing, as typical prisoners wear. Many other similar criminals have made cameo appearances all throughout the series.
