Character
The crowd[1] is a large crowd of unnumbered incidental characters who appear in the episode "The Great Snail Race" and the book Comic Number 17. They are classified as hotdog[2]-type incidentals.
Description
They are crudely drawn hotdog shaped fish who form a crowd in the distant background. They all mostly appear to be around the same height and they come in many different colors and also wear different or no clothing.
Role in series
The crowd has only appeared in one episode so far as well as a book that was based on the episode that they appeared in.

They appear as the cheering crowd in the distant background when the Mayor announces the arrival of Larry Luciano.
