She is a pinkish-gray fish who wears a purple snowsuit, light purple gloves, and a dark purple cap with yellowish fur.

Unknown incidental 12 has made only two appearances so far. She has been seen alongside Incidental 158 in both of her appearances. She has been retired from the series for 18 years ever since her appearance in "Prehibernation Week," but she makes a comeback in the season 12 episode, "Plankton's Old Chum." She was firstly designed to be a kid fish playing on Sand Mountain.
