The rude customer is a fish character who first appears in the episode "Pizza Delivery." His color key is accidentally used for Scooter in "Friend or Foe," and he later makes a second physical appearance in "Senior Discount." He is also an NPC in the video game Legend of the Lost Spatula.
Description
He is a dark orange fish with a lighter orange dorsal fin, fins, and lips. He wears a purple shirt and bright teal shorts. He has round eyes at the top of his head with bags under them. In "Pizza Delivery," his eyes are lime green, but in "Senior Discount," his eyes are light yellow. His feet are long and rounded. He also has belly hair.

"Pizza Delivery"
Template:Data:Links arrives at the his house, and when the he gets the pizza, he gets mad at SpongeBob for not bringing his drink, a Diet Dr. Kelp in particular. Spongebob tries to tell the customer that he did not order one. He does not listen to Spongebob, refuses to pay for the pizza and slams the door in front of SpongeBob's face.
He later receives his payback after Template:Data:Links slams the pizza box into his face.
"Friend or Foe"
In the crowd scene, his color key is mistakenly used for Scooter. In the series, background characters each have a color key used to identify their colors, and they are often accidentally applied to the wrong characters. In this example, the rude customer's colors were used for Scooter.
"Senior Discount"
He appears as a customer at the Krusty Krab. He is sitting with Incidental 107 and holds an order of kelp fries.
Role in video games
Legend of the Lost Spatula
He is an NPC that the player can talk to. He tells you to go to Mrs. Puff's Boating School at the beginning of the game, and like other NPCs, he gives you basic tips such as the game's controls. He can be found walking around in front of his house, which is located at the right of SpongeBob's house. His dorsal fin is smaller and some of his colors are changed due to the Game Boy Color's limitations.
Trivia
- It took 18 years between his appearance in Legend of the Lost Spatula and his eventual return in "Senior Discount."
- He bears a resemblance to Incidental 6, but they are separate character models with numerous differences:
- He has a large triangular dorsal fin with lines on it, while Incidental 6 has a small fin with rounded spikes and no lines.
- He has a protruding gut, and has belly button hair, while Incidental 6 does not.
- He has long, rounded feet and no shoes, while Incidental 6 has stubs for feet and wears thin black shoes.
- His eyes are directly on top of his head with no forehead, while Incidental 6 has a forehead.
- He has permanent bags under his eyes, unlike Incidental 6.
