Description
He is a green fish with relatively long brownish hair. He is shown wearing a magenta shirt, dark purple pants, and black shoes with a pointed toe. He has large lips that are burnt green in color. He is known to be the most racist fish in Bikini Bottom, as a black fish walked by him in the episode "Black Fish," he shouted "Get out of here you filthy fish! No black fish belong in my Bikini Bottom!"

He works for the radio station KRUM. He replayed the song Electric Zoo for Mr. Krabs. He participates in a short phone call with Mr. Krabs regarding what song Mr. Krabs had wanted him to play.
