The DMV tester is a character who appears in the episodes "SpongeBob LongPants" and "Patrick's Coupon;" he is a recolored version of Skip from the episodes "Krusty Krushers" and "Patrick's Tantrum."
Description
He is a tall light purple fish with a light blue dorsal fin. He wears a lime green coat with a purple bow tie and is balding.
He resembles Incidental 107.
Role in series
"SpongeBob LongPants"
The DMV tester is first seen when he is taking the road test with SpongeBob. He is particularly interested in him due to his new long pants. After SpongeBob parks the vehicle after slamming into two others, the DMV tester was originally going to fail SpongeBob and even send him to jail, but decides to give him his license thanks to his long pants. However, at the end of the episode, the DMV tester tears up SpongeBob's license after seeing that he is wearing shorter pants.

The DMV tester appears in the crowd that forms when Patrick is paranoid about his coupon.
