Dean Kovanda
Template:Image-needed Template:Person Dean Kovanda is a boy with leukemia who did the voice over for Fred in the episode "No Nose Knows."
Biography
At the age of 8, Kovanda was diagnosed with leukemia and in a few years the chemo damaged his nerves on his legs, paralyzing his waist. According to him, he could not remember how he asked for it, but the Make-a-Wish Foundation brought him to Universal Studios so he could meet the voice actors of SpongeBob SquarePants. Unfortunately, half of them were gone, and he distinctly remembers Clancy Brown being absent. Dean said it was still a good experience and he even got to see "Pest of the West" a month or two before it even premiered . He was offered to voice act a single line and he still has a nasally voice.[1]
