Doctor 1 (The Lost Mattress)

Dr. Sileen is appears to be an unintelligent doctor, mentioned in "SpongeBob's Last Stand." He is seen in "The Lost Mattress" when he tells Dr. Actor, operating on Mr. Krabs, to move him out of the snack bar.
