Dr. Sileen is a doctor who works at Bikini Bottom Hospital. He Was Mentioned In "Spongebobs Last Stand" When Bill Was Saying Hi To Everybody He Mentions On The News And He appears in the episode "The Lost Mattress."  And He Also Appears In The Episode "Demolition Doofus" While He Was Pushing A Man In A Wheelchair For A Demolition Match In The Hospital.

Description

He is light emerald green with light green lips, light yellow eyes, and black pupils. He wears a white doctor's outfit, a stethoscope, and an operation light, on his head, along with a matching hat. His Voice Somehow Changed In The Other Episode He Was Featured.
