Incidental D4,[1] also known as Musician 4,[2] is a character who appears in the episodes "Code Yellow" and "Krusty Katering."
Description
He is a thin fish with a long neck, dark purple lips, and mouth fins. His eyes are located at the top of his head. In "Code Yellow," his skin is magenta and wears a doctor mirror, a white coat, and light blue pants.
In "Krusty Katering," he is light pink, he plays a soprano saxophone, and wears a black tuxedo with a red bowtie and black shoes.

He is part of the Bikini Bottom Hospital operating theater audience. He uses a baseball glove to catch the short doctor.
"Krusty Katering"
He is part of the band at Lady Upturn's mansion. Two of him are in the flood.
