Doctor 4, also known as Musician 4,[1] is a "Doctor" incidental who appears in the episodes "Code Yellow" and "Krusty Katering."
Description
He is a magenta fish with a long neck, dark purple lips, and an orange dorsal fin. His eyes are located at the top of his head. He wears a doctor mirror, a white coat, and light blue pants.
Musician 4
He is light pink, lacks a dorsal fin, and wears a dark gray tuxedo with a red bowtie and black shoes.

"Code Yellow"
He is part of the Bikini Bottom Hospital operating theater audience. He uses a baseball glove to catch Doctor 8.
"Krusty Katering"
He is part of the band at Lady Upturn's mansion. Two of him are in the flood.
