Documentary narrator
The documentary narrator[1] is an unseen character who appears in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run. His voice sounds very similar to the British archaeologist David Attenborough, who is also a nature documentary narrator.

He is heard at the beginning, talking about sea kind and their behavior, including Bikini Bottom.
