Description

She is a light teal fish with long blonde hair and a mole and spent time in the Bikini Bottom Jail. Donna looks like a woman, but sounds like a man.

Donna was at Bikini Bottom Jail with Mrs. Puff and became friends with her. She calls Mrs. Puff "Puff Mama" and she likes chili.
