Donna is a minor character who appears in the episode "Doing Time." She is a prisoner in the Bikini Bottom Jail in Mrs. Puff's dream.

Description

She is a light teal fish with long, blonde hair and a mole on her cheek. Donna is a woman, but her voice sounds manly.

Role in episode

Donna appears at the Bikini Bottom Jail with Mrs. Puff and becomes friends with her as it is lunchtime.

At the end of the episode, Mrs. Puff has a nightmare where Donna is a student of hers and is falling down the cliff just like Template:Data:Links did in the beginning of the episode.

Trivia

She calls Mrs. Puff "Puff Mama."
She appears to like chili.
Due to her facial hair and her masculine voice, it is possible that she is transgender, though it is never confirmed in the show.
