He is a crudely drawn version of Squidward Tentacles.
Role in episode
He, along with Doodle Gary and Doodle Mr. Krabs, are drawn by Template:Data:Links to attack DoodleBob, but turns on him when DoodleBob draws angry eyebrows and a mustache on him.
