He was a writer, director, and the voice of Filburt the Turtle on Rocko's Modern Life, where he also worked with Tom Kenny who voiced Heffer, and also as a writer, director, and the voice of Edward the Platypus and Nurse Leslie the Shark on Camp Lazlo, which are both shows he, the show's creator Stephen Hillenburg, and the rest of the original series' staff have made.
