He is a dark tan colored fish. He is a doctor who wears doctor clothes and holds a folder in his hand. He is wearing a white shirt with a purple tie and a head mirror.
History
In the time of "Octavio," he gives SpongeBob a peace offering (a stethoscope) to go and give to Octavio and the war will be over.
Trivia
- Although he makes an appearance in the PC version of the game, he does not appear in the movie.
