Synopsis

The Flying Dutchman is sent to Mrs. Puff's Boating School for being caught speeding. He and SpongeBob attempt to pass a driving test together.

Trivia

• This is the only time the Flying Dutchman has gone to Mrs. Puff's Boating School; however he has never gone in the actual series.
