The duck family are characters who appear in the episode "Salty Sponge."
Description
They are a family of one mother duck and three ducklings. The mother is a white duck with a faded orange bill and feet. She also has a teal stripe around her neck. The ducklings are small yellow ducklings who have orange bills and feet. They all wear air helmets like Sandy.
Role in episode
The duck first appear crossing the road while SpongeBob walks to the Krusty Krab. SpongeBob allows the duck family to cross the road before he continues walking, which flatters the mother duck causing her to blush at SpongeBob as a sign of thanks. They later appear crossing the road a second time where Mean Biker Leader Barry Cuda and his gang zoom past the duck family before they get a chance to cross. This also causes the mother duck to lose all of her feathers.
