Administrator Flotsam

Administrator Flotsam is an administrator for the Bikini Bottom Hospital. He is green and wears a suit on. He is associated with Actor as Doctor and Dr. Forrest. He appears in The Lost Mattress, telling the Actor to move Mr. Krabs off of the sidewalk, while he is in his "cash comma". He is voiced by Rodger Bumpass.
