Flotsam is a pale green fish with dark green lips. He wears a light gray suit with a magenta tie and a pair of black shoes.
History
He appears in "The Lost Mattress," telling the Actor to move Template:Data:Links off of the sidewalk, while he is in the "cash coma." He also makes a cameo in one of the mini-games in SpongeBob SquigglePants.
