He is a dark beige elderly fish with a gray beard, peach liver spots, and a few hair strands on the top of his head. He wears a purple hospital gown.

Incidentals 81A, 81B, and 81C's models show to be absent from the original incidental model sheet (Note: the label that would claim them to be "non-existent" is missing due to them being alternate models of Incidental 81).

Incidental 81A has made only two episode appearances so far, as well as a book appearance that was based on the first episode he appeared in.
