Description
The adorable bubble child's body is thicker and shorter than most of the other bubble people, and he also wears a small propeller cap on the top of his head.
Role in episode
He eagerly awaits the bubble mayor to cut the ribbon and open an elementary school, only to be accidentally popped by Template:Data:Links while slipping on bubble liquid and hurtling at high speed towards the school.
He appears again at the end of the episode when Template:Data:Links pops the Bubbly Krab.
