Also, in a British advertisement for Think Happy - The Year of the Sponge, SpongeBob parodies the Statue of Liberty and Mount Rushmore.

Canada is the second-most focused country to be targeted on SpongeBob. It typically is the second country to have SpongeBob episodes aired.

- Mariana Trench- It is mentioned in "SpongeBob SquarePants Typing." Also, SpongeBob and Patrick went there to find the Boxing Begonia in "Scavenger Pants."
- Great Pacific garbage patch- An area on the Pacific Ocean filled with garbage. SpongeBob encounters "King Neptune" here in "High Sea Diving."
