Description

It's yellow electricity supplier, that looks like SpongeBob. The electricity supplier have a eye indicators, the nose, the pants without shirt with a red tie, the legs with white socks like SpongeBob's socks.

Role in episode

Patrick go to Glove World Power Plant, to find SpongeBob. He finds a electricity supplier, that looks like SpongeBob. He picks the electricity supplier, and The light goes out in the tunnel. Later, Patrick play cards with him. In the end of episode Patrick eat food with him.
