In the first scenes, SpongeBob tells Gary that Mr. Krabs will be announcing the new manager of the Krusty Krab 2, and says that his 374 consecutive employee of the month awards will be in his favor.

Award

The award is a picture with the month that the award was given. In "Employee of the Month", SpongeBob said that he had received it 26 times in a row, though in the movie, he said that he had received it 374 consecutive times.
