She is a light purple fish with blonde beehive hair, pink lips and scales. She wears a pink dress.

When SpongeBob salutes Incidental 154, the former's rancid breath causes the latter's skin to crack twice, thus revealing that judge 1 is Incidental 154's third skin layer.

She appears as a judge of the dancing competition and gives SpongeBob and Squidward a perfect score.
