History

Rise

After Mermaid Man treated Barnacle Boy like a kid, he became a villain in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V. Then The Dirty Bubble, and Man Ray entered, and they formed E.V.I.L.

Downfall

Mermaid Man reformed the International Justice League of Super Acquaintances, and they convinced Barnacle Boy to be good.
