Plot

Part of the episode shows Patrick and SpongeBob standing in front Johnny Krill. Johnny shows SpongeBob a motorbike. SpongeBob tries to climb on but the motor bike starts and it rips his arms off. His arms drive away on the motorbike whilst SpongeBob tries to catch up. SpongeBob is about to give up when the motorbike comes back at him. The Motorbike hits SpongeBob onto the handle bars. The motorbike drives through three sand dunes which SpongeBob eats most of. The motorbike stops in front of Johnny Krill. All of the sand starts coming out of SpongeBob. On the hill above them, Patrick gets pushed by a member of the team down the hill on a clamboard. Patrick swallows the board and hits lots of rocks. Once at the bottom, SpongeBob and Patrick walk over to Johnny Krill and his team. Johnny decides that his sports are too extreme for SpongeBob and Patrick. So spongebob tells patrick they can jump rope while patrick is playing dubble dutch. Patrick sings a song then he falls out and Spongebob says extreme. then Johnny Krill kicks them out. Soon, Patrick starts laughing hard and Spongebob yells at patrick when he tried to call his name. Soon, Spongebob and patrick try to get back into the sports team but they got kicked out again. So Spongebob and Patrick came up with a sports they can do: Jellyfishing. And while they are doing it, Spongebob gets extreme and started doing dangerous stuff and soon goes extreme, and rode the motorbike onto Jellyfish Fields. Spongebob, Patrick, Johnny Krill and his team got injured. In the hospital, Spongebob and Patrick are in bed saying they want more extreme.

Trivia

• Johnny Krill may be related to Larry the Lobster because of his daredevil personality and his species. (unconfirmed and completely circumstancial)
• When Patrick claims he wears SpongeBob's clothes when SpongeBob sleeps, he may be referring to the season one episode Boating School when he was wearing SpongeBob's pants when he was trying to sleep.
• This is the first non-special episode in widescreen and the second episode ever produced in widescreen, behind Truth or Square
• Title card is similar to SquidBob TentaclePants and The Hot Shot.
• The name of the episode obviously comes from "extreme sports".
• Patrick mentions the title of the episode.
• Charlie is seen crossdressed in the beginning of the episode, despite being Male.
• Grand Maul is the only one who didn't get stung by a jellyfish at jellyfish fields.
