Template:Infobox-incomplete Template:Location Fix the Emptyheads Mess Again, or FEMA is a company where, as it's name states, people fix Bikini Bottom whenever the empty heads destroy it.

Role in episode

When Template:Data:Links goes to clean up the city, he sees that it has already been done. It is revealed that the cleaner was Template:Data:Links, who did it cause she was apart of a group called FEMA. When Sandy asks SpongeBob if he could join, he passes it, right before they get ambushed by the empty heads.
