F.E.M.A.

Template:Location Fix the Emptyheads Mess Again!!!, or F.E.M.A., is an organization where, as its name states, people fix Bikini Bottom whenever the Empty Head Society destroys it. The group appears in the episode "The Nitwitting."

Description

While only one member of the organization is shown, all members of F.E.M.A. are known to have a document that shows that they're part of the group. The document itself features a calendar, the name, species, occupation, signature, and photo of the owner, and also has a crossed out picture of a starfish wearing a propeller hat. At the bottom of the document is the group's name in both abbreviation form ("F.E.M.A.") and fully written form ("Fix the Emptyheads Mess Again!!!").

Role in episode

When Template:Data:Links goes to clean up the city after the Empty Head Society damages it, he sees that it has already been done. He learns that the culprit of the cleanliness was Template:Data:Links, who did it because she is part of a cleanup group called F.E.M.A. When Sandy asks SpongeBob if he wants to join, he declines. Right after this, they get ambushed by the Empty Heads, and they mess up the city once again.

Trivia

• The group's name is grammatically incorrect; it should be called "Fix the Emptyheads' Mess Again!!!" (with an apostrophe at the end of the word "Emptyheads") as the messes the group clean up belong to the Empty Head Society.
• It is a parody of the Federal Emergence Management Agency, also shortened to FEMA, without the periods.
