Fake health inspector
The Fake Health Inspector is a criminal in Bikini Bottom who passed through various restaurants posing as a health inspector in order to obtain free food. The criminal was eventually caught and arrested, announced on the Bikini Bottom News. His only appearance was in Nasty Patty.
