Filthy Phil

Filthy Phil (born March 18, 1953) lives on the third floor in Karate Island. He fought Sandy but lost hoplessly because Sandy was wearing a glass helmet. He is green and apparently stinks. His lair is filled with mud and is really dirty, He apparently passed out because he smelled him self. He is fat and can't move his legs. The whole third floor is muddy all because of him.
