The cowboy fish is a character who appears in the episode "Boating Buddies" and on a TV show in "A Pal for Gary."
Description
He is a light olive green fish with a pale orange dorsal fin and he has a black mustache. He wears a normal cowboy outfit consisting of a white jacket, light blue pants, a belt with a gold star on it, and brown boots with a tan cowboy hat.
