The fish guy[1] is a character who appears in the episode "Knock Knock, Who's There?"
Description
He is a dark greenish-brown fish with a tan yellow back fin, lips, arms, and legs. He wears a light green shirt, no pants, and walks barefoot.
Role in episode
After Mr. Krabs goes home from being outraged at the entrance fee by the doorman to the Fast Food Founding Fathers event at the Bikini Bottom Convention Hall, a green fish customer arrives after him and is admitted despite providing just a penny, and is rewarded with a giant bag of cash as a result, much to Mr. Krabs' jealousy.
