• Innuendo: As Beelzebass calls Pat the Barbarian a "boob," his own nipples flip downwards.

Episode references

• When Patrick's time closet transports different Patricks from every timeline, many different designs from previous episodes of the main series appear. These include designs from "SB-129," "Survival of the Idiots," "Dunces and Dragons," "That's No Lady," "Pineapple Fever," "Patrick-Man!," "Mermaid Pants," "Patnocchio," and "Goofy Scoopers."
  • In the same scene, Patrick's young design from Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years also appears; however, in this scene he is animated traditionally instead of in CGI.
  • Pat-Tron also appears, as well as the design of skinless Patrick from "The Haunting of Star House."
