Description
He is a flat kite-shaped light green flounder with a dark orange mustache, and has sideways light yellow eyes. He wears a light blue dress shirt, a dark blue tie, dark gray pants, and a dark gray hat with a blue stripe. Incidental CM18 shares the exact same appearance as this character.

Incidental CM18 has appeared in only two episodes so far. He has been portrayed to be the father of Flats the Flounder and a member at the Blow Your Top Lounge.

"The Bully"
When Template:Data:Links runs away from Mrs. Puff's Boating School in fear of Flats kicking his butt, he runs into Incidental CM18 and tries to get him to help save him. Flats suddenly appears and questions why his dad is talking to a stranger, causing his dad to complain that Flats will kick his butt as well.
