Description
He is a flat kite-shaped light green flounder with a dark orange mustache, and has sideways light yellow eyes. He wears a light blue dress shirt, a dark blue tie, dark gray pants, and a dark gray hat with a blue stripe. His unknown "CM" incidental variant shares the exact same appearance as this character.
Role in series
Unknown "CM" 1 has appeared in only two episodes so far. He has been portrayed to be the father of Flats the Flounder and a member at the Blow Your Top Lounge.

"The Bully"
When SpongeBob runs away from Mrs. Puff's Boating School in fear of Flats kicking his butt, he runs into Unknown "CM" 1 and tries to get him to help save him. Flats suddenly appears and questions why his dad is talking to a stranger, causing his dad to complain that Flats will kick his butt as well.
