For the Love of Bubbles

It was released on September 30, 2006 and reprinted on June 1, 2013. The book was later adapted into an episode called "What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?" It is the twelfth SpongeBob SquarePants chapter book.
Synopsis
Template:Data:Links is out bubble blowing one morning. When he suddenly he trips over some kelp, he bumps his head, and is blacked out! When SpongeBob awakens, he cannot remember his name or where he lived! While SpongeBob searches for his lost identity, Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links set out to find their best friend, SpongeBob SquarePants. Imagine their shock when they discover he has been elected mayor of New Kelp City!
Cover
The original cover shows SpongeBob wearing his Krusty Krab employee hat, surrounded by a bunch of bubbles and looking joyful. The title of the book is on one of the bubbles and is in yellow. The reprint cover has SpongeBob blowing a heart-shaped bubble that says "love of bubbles" and there is another bubble that says "for the." Template:Data:Links is seen in one of the bubbles.
Trivia
- It took nearly two years for the episode based on this book to premiere.
- Steven Banks is also credited as the writer for the episode, but the credits do not mention that it was a book adaptation.
