Frampton Comes Alive!

Description
It looks like an ordinary cassette tape, except it has no tapes inside, and string can come out of it if it breaks. This tape is a very delicate tape. It can break easily.
History
Patchy tries to put this tape into the radio, but the tape breaks. Later, he fixes it. It plays for five seconds, but then it explodes and sets his radio on fire.
