Frank (store owner)

Frank is a tan fish who is the owner of the Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is top customer. Frank wears and eyepatch and is green in color. He is only seen once, in "Pranks a Lot," where he sold SpongeBob invisible spray. He is ugly and now dead.
