He has a major appearence in Pranks a Lot, and a minor appearence in You Don't Know Sponge as a checkout clerk at a magic shop. According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others.
