Frank is a fish who is the owner of Palace of Pranks, a shop where SpongeBob is the best customer and assumed apprentice of the expert prankster.
Description
Frank is an olive green fish. He wears a light blue shirt and has dark brown pants. He has short gray hair, has an eyepatch on his left eye and has gray hair.
According to SpongeBob, Frank is a master at pranks, and makes a living helping aspiring pranksters like SpongeBob and Patrick to get started on playing gags on others. At his shop, his products include:
