FrankTemplate:Data:References is a fish who works for the Bikini Bottom Police Department. He debuts in "Krabby Road."
Description
He works at the prison and owns a guard worm. He is light yellow with an orange dorsal fin and wears a navy police uniform. He has a black mustache and orange lips as well.
Role in series

He shows new police officer Incidental 119 the jail, but when he shows him Template:Data:Links's cell, the latter goes in his mustache and gets out of the prison.
