Description

He is light yellow with an orange dorsal fin and wears a navy police uniform. He has a black mustache and orange lips as well.

Frank has made only four appearances in the series. He has been portrayed as a prison guard, a security guard, and a police officer. He was most commonly seen alongside Incidental 119 in a police uniform.

"Krabby Road"

He shows the new police officer, Incidental 119, the jail, but when he shows him Template:Data:Links's cell, the latter goes in his mustache and gets out of the prison

"Toy Store of Doom"

He closes the Toy Barrel store for the night with Incidental 107, narrowly avoiding to catch Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links trespassing.

"Mr. Krabs Takes a Vacation"

He and an orange Incidental 119 appear as security guards for the Bikini Bottom Mint.

He appears colored as Incidental 119 at the very end of the episode where he notices the Tank company destroyed and claims that he quits.
