They are a pale complete anglerfish whose body structure greatly resembles Pearl's with indigo lips and back fins, strands of hair on their nose and the back of their head, several square teeth, and fins for arms that have hot pink tips. They wear army green pants with a brown belt.

They are one of the many customers at the Krusty Krab night shift throughout the entire episode.
Trivia
- It is likely that they was originally a prototype incidental character for "Rock Bottom."
- Them and Incidental 213 are the only "deep seas" that were not portrayed as Rock Bottomites.
